French for Canada PR: ₹11,800 is the first instalment, adjusted against the agreed programme fee. Fees are generally non-refundable. A contractual refund may be considered if both required French and IELTS General Training results expire without an ITA, the candidate declines retesting and withdraws in writing. Any refund amount must be stated in the individual signed agreement. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
